摘 要：信息化技术的大量应用，迫使政府部门从传统的纸质文件管理向数字文件管理转变。为了使政府更有效地管理数字文件，澳大利亚颁布了“数字化转型策略”。本文旨在通过对澳大利亚数字化转型策略加以介绍与说明，对我国数字化转型提供借鉴和帮助。

Abstract: the application of information technology forcing the government change from the traditional paper documents management to digital documents management. In order to make the government more effective on digital documents management, the Australian promulgated the Digital Transition Policy. Through the introduction and description on the Australian Digital Transition Policy, to provide reference and help for the digital transformation of China.
