Sino-Foreign Archives Cooperation And Exchange in the New Era: Practical Exploration, Theoretical Basis And New Model Construction

Abstract: Under the background of globalization, traditional cooperation and exchange mode of archives between China and foreign countries is undergoing transformation, and a pattern of archives cooperation and exchange with Chinese characteristics is taking shape.The practice of sino-foreign archives cooperation and exchange in the new era mainly focuses on the four aspects: archival culture cooperation and exchange under the framework of 'the Belt and the Road', archive knowledge sharing and construction, technical standards joint construction.The theoretical basis involves global archives governance, archival pluralism, archival pluralism and archival activism.On the basis of clarifying the internal and external environment of sino-foreign archive cooperation in the new era, this paper proposes to establish the cooperation mechanism and establish a cooperation mechanism and build a cooperation and exchange model in the new era.
