Researches on the Government Archives Information Integration and Utilization Model Based on Users Demand

Abstract: Under the background of "reforms to delegate power, streamline administration and optimize government services", the relevance and integration of government archives information is contribute to simplify government service procedures, improve government services efficiency.The study plans to investigate the provincial government service network and government service App in china, put forward the idea of government archives information integration based on the user’s demand, from the subject government affairs service activity layer, information integration layer and information service layer three dimensions to build a conceptual model of civil and legal person government archives information integration.
