Structure System And Construction Path of Archives Data Governance Capability

Abstract: The ability of archives data governance is to understand the problem of archives data governance from the perspective of capacity building and capacity realization.Based on the analysis of the requirements of the ability of archives data governance, this paper constructs the ability structure system of archives data governance, which is composed of the ability of archives data quality control, organization and management, development and utilization, opening, disposal, system construction, overall coordination, comprehensive guarantee and innovation, and analyzes the path of the construction of archives data governance capacity from four aspects: improving the institutional framework, improving the organizational structure, innovating the participation mechanism and optimizing the method system.
