Abstract: In the context of administering the country according to law, administering records according to the law must also advance with the times.It includes two levels of realizing the legalization of archival work and realizing the standardization of archival work.The legalization of archival work is a working system for the formulation and implementation of legal norms, and the standardization of archival work is a working process for the formulation and implementation of standard norms.Managing records in accordance with the law in the new era must not only attach importance to the formulation and implementation of archival laws and regulations, but also to give full play to the role of archival work standards.
