Matching Analysis of Under graduate Education of Archival Science And Requirement of Working Competency in China /

Abstract: There are differences between the current undergraduate course plan of universities' archives and the requirement of working ability in China. This paper collects the content text of under graduate curriculum training program and current market recruitment information, and then constructs the content theme system based on node coding method. The results show that the current curriculum of archival undergraduate education and job requirement are correlated overall, but there are signi f cant differences in some subjects. It provides suggestions to strengthen the "applicability" of archival courses, eliminate the stereotype of workplace on archival work and actively promote the under graduate education of archival science oriented to "data".
