修订档案法对档案职业能力的新要求

摘要：档案法修订是我国档案管理事业发展史上的重要事件，修订档案法对档案工作者提出了全新的职业要求。本文以档案法修订对档案职业能力的新要求为研究对象，从5个方面阐释了档案法修订彰显的新指向、提出的新要求，再从4个方面探讨了档案人员的职业发展方向。

Abstract: Archives law revise is an important event in China, and the revise makes demands on archivists. This paper studies the new goal orientation of revise from five aspects, and discusses the archivists' career development direction.
