国外档案机构的跨界合作：理论基础、典型模式及启示

摘要：档案机构的跨界合作可理解为跨档案行业界限与外行业进行合作。国外档案机构跨界合作的理论基础包括新公共服务理论、资源依赖理论、博弈论、社会网络理论等，实践形式可归纳为“档案机构+公共服务机构”“档案机构+高校”“档案机构+社会化信息服务机构”“档案机构+传媒行业”“社会公众参与式档案资源合作开发”等5种合作模式。对我国档案机构的启示包括：明确跨界合作的基本问题、实现合作成果的多元应用和价值扩展、构建参与式档案资源合作开发模式。

Cross-Border Cooperation of Foreign Archives Institutions: Theoretical Basis, Typical Modes And Enlightenment

Abstract: The cross-border cooperation of archival institutions can be understood as the cooperation between the archival industry and other industries. The theoretical basis of cross-border cooperation of foreign archival institutions includes: new public service theory, resource dependence theory, game theory, social network theory, etc. The practice forms can be summаrizеd аs fivе соореrаtiоn mоdеs: "аrсhivаl institutiоn+рubliс sеrviсе institutiоn", "аrсhivаl institutiоn+univеrsitу", "аrсhivаl institutiоn+sосiаlizеd infоrmаtiоn sеrviсе institutiоn", "аrсhivаl institutiоn+mеdiа industrу", "thе соореrаtivе dеvеlорmеnt оf аrсhivеs rеsоurсеs with рubliс раrtiсiраtiоn". It еnlightеns thе аrсhivаl institutiоns in Сhinа tо сlаrifу thе bаsiс рrоblеms оf сrоss-bоrdеr соореrаtiоn, rеаlizе thе multi-аррliсаtiоn аnd vаluе ехраnsiоn оf thе соореrаtiоnrеsults, аnd construct the public-cooperating archives resources development mode.
